A retail store of Winfast Watch & Jewellery Limited is located in Hong Kong (Mong Kok, there is no branch or franchise outside of Hong Kong). Except the products listed as “Brand New”, all others are second hand products. We guarantee the originality of all of our products (unless specify), all of the pictures shown on our website are taken from the actual products and we welcome our customers take the products to the official retailers for check up. For watches, we can do the watch open check in store after payment is completed. If the products are found non-original, we offer full money back guarantee.

All of the mechanical watches are guaranteed 6 months services from the date of purchase and all of the quartz watches are guaranteed 3 months services from the date of purchased. (This guarantee excludes any damage or deterioration that results from an accident or from mishandling of the watch.)

All “Brand New” watches and watches with official receipt value lower than HK$10,000 can only be traded in or bought back at market value at any time after purchased. For other watches, within 3 months from the date of purchased, customers can trade in the watch for any other products with higher value, including watch, jewelley and bag, at 20% off the official receipt value; we will buy back the watch at 25% off the official receipt value. After 3 months from the dates of purchased, all watches will be traded in or bought back at market value. For products paid by credit card, we will take 5% off the official receipt value for all trade in and buy back.

There is no service guarantee for jewellery products. There is no trade in or buy back for pearl products after purchased. From the date of purchased, all jewellery products except diamond products with official receipt value HK$10,000 or above can only be traded in or bought back at market value. Within 12 months from the date of purchased, for all diamond products with official receipt value HK$10,000 or above, customers can trade in for any other products with higher value, including watch, jewelley and bag, at 20% off of the official receipt value; we will also buy back the products at 30% off the official receipt value. After 12 months from the dates of purchased, all jewellery will be traded in or bought back at market value. For products paid by credit card, we will take 5% off the official receipt value for all trade in and buy back.
